Our mission is to build a community of both kids and parents involved in M.M.A., Jiu Jitsu, Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Mui Thai, Kenpo, Kung Fu, Aikido, Wrestling, Boxing and other youth Martial Arts & combative sports.
 
Wrestling
Wrestling is the act of physical engagement between two competitors competing for a physical advantage. It is the oldest form of martial arts.
 
Chokehold
A chokehold or stranglehold is a grappling hold that strangles the opponent, and leads to submission or unconsciousness.
